Our Company History

about3 Tom Redmond Construction has been in business for over 30 years. This is a Third Generation Company serving Marin County and the Bay Area since early 1940's. My Grandfather started Redmond Construction in San Francisco and Marin County developing new homes in the early 40's, my father started Joseph E. Redmond Construction in Marin County building new homes, additions, remodels, and commercial projects since the early 50's, then I started Tom Redmond Construction in Marin County building new homes, additions, remodels, and commercial projects since 1983.

I started out working in my Father's business in the early 70's starting as a laborer, then I went through the four year Carpenters Apprentice training course and turned out a journeyman carpenter. I was taught the trade by my Father, lead foremen, and experienced carpenters. I worked my way to become my Father's foreman and was in charge of numerous projects throught the years.

Philosophy

It has and always will be the commitment of Tom Redmond Construction to produce and execute all of our customers needs with courtesy, professionalism and attention to even the smallest detail. We take pride in our customer’s homes with respect for their property, cleanliness and organization to give the best experience on every project. We will only use top grade materials and the best local subcontractors and suppliers. Our communication with the customers about the complexities and scheduling of the construction process is outlined and reviewed daily. Our goal is the highest level of satisfaction from our customers.

2.2. Privacy Policy. By entering into this Agreement, you agree to Company's collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy in effect at the time you provided us with your personal information.

2.3. Ordering Policies. If you purchase any Company product and/or service, you agree that your use of the product or service is limited by this Agreement as well.

3. Reservation of Rights

3.1. Monitoring. Company reserves the right, but does not assume the obligation, to monitor transactions and communications that occur through the Website. If Company determines, in its sole and absolute discretion, that you or another Website user has or will breach a term or condition of this Agreement or that such transaction or communication is inappropriate, Company may cancel such transaction or take any other action to restrict access to or the availability of any material that may be considered objectionable, without any liability to you or any third party.

7. Termination

All notices required or permitted to be given under this Agreement will be in writing and delivered to the other party by any of the following methods: (i) U.S. mail, (ii) overnight courier, or (iii) electronic mail. You hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the County of San Diego, State of California, United States of America, for any dispute arising from and/or relating to this Agreement and agree that any and all such actions may only be brought before a court located in the County of San Diego, State of California, United States of America. If any action at law or in equity is necessary to enforce the terms of this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, in addition to any other relief to which the party may be entitled.
